Impetus Typi Oxidi ZinciArrestorEst recentissimus et provectus protector supertensionis pro lineis distributionis et stationibus electricis. Incorporatus oxydo zinci et alio oxydo metallico ut disco resistorio centrali, proprietates volt-ampere et facultas currentis percurrentis disci resistoris vehementer emendatae sunt comparatione cum compressore supertensionis generis SiC consueto.
Sub tensione operativa nominali, fluxus electricus per compressorem supertensionis tantummodo gradus microamperii est. Cum compressor supertensionem experitur, discus resistens, praeclaris notis non linearibus praeditus, fluxum electricum per compressorem ad aliquot milia amperorum statim augebit. Compressor in statu conductivo est, deinde energiam supertensionis ad terram emittet, atque ita apparatum distributionis/transmissionis potentiae contra impetum supertensionis protegit.
